The hotel's rooms, though fairly small for the price, were very clean, well-equipped, and soundproof, perfect for a 4-night stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, ensuring a great arrival experience. The location was both too far from the center yet excellent for getting in and out of London. Dining had its ups and downs, with slow service and high prices but also featuring the best breakfast ever. Despite some drawbacks, I am excited to return for breakfast and the amazing rice pudding.
